Air travelers will pay significantly lower fuel surcharges for international routes starting in July as falling global oil prices drive down airline costs. Tickets issued next month will be subject to fuel surcharge Level 19, down eight notches from Level 27 applied this month, according to industry sources. Korean Air plans to charge fuel surcharges ranging from 46,400 won ($30.80) to 344,000 won per one-way ticket, compared with 61,500 won to 451,500 won this month.
